Evercam is seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer to lead Global Operations from a remote position. You will oversee Site Ops, Support, BizOps, Hardware, and Compliance, drive performance via KPIs and OKRs, and guide end-to-end hardware and supply chain operations.

The role requires cross-functional influence and a data-driven, AI-first approach to scale our reality‑driven platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will interact with board members and stakeholders, shaping the operating cadence,

• Own Global Operations and drive end-to-end site services, hardware and compliance.

• Manage performance with KPIs and OKRs in collaboration with C-Suite.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory, and logistics; optimize operations.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven processes and intranet improvements.

He/She manages the Site Ops, Support, BizOps, Hardware, and Compliance teams. We are a matrix organisational structure.Some of the delivery teams (site services) report to regional MDs and would be your dotted-line reports, other teams (professional services & support) would report directly to you. You are responsible for Performance Management & Measurement (Work with C-Suite to implement performance measurement including KPIs & OKRs across the org.) Service delivery through site services, professional services & customer support teams. End to end Hardware, inventory and associated supply chain & logistics The \" Evercam OS\" - How we do things - this will include rethinking many of our processes and org structure for an AI-first approach.Systems, Data & AI (Internal Apps) The Intranet Compliance & The Customer Contract, SLAs Construction industry experience would be an advantage, as would demonstrated ability to build tools using AI.
