Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, business management, HR, finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build processes, improve efficiency, and create accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing operations, compliance coordination, or finance.
• Familiarity with RIA technology platforms such as Redtail/Salesforce, Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond, eMoney, or MoneyGuidePro.

Vibra Permanent Staffing is partnering with Four Arrows Financial Group to identify an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a direct-hire, full-time leadership opportunity in Mechanicsburg, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, client-focused financial advisory firm and play a key role in strengthening operations, supporting growth, and helping shape the company’s continued success.

This key leadership role for a people-focused operator and strategic integrator who can turn vision into execution and help scale the organization. The COO will oversee day-to-day business operations, client service, technology, HR, finance, compliance coordination, and vendor relationships while partnering closely with the CEO and advisors on growth and strategic initiatives.
