Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Chief Operating Officer! Bonus Incentives and Relocation!

• Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
• Provides leadership and vision necessary to ensure appropriate operational controls and reporting procedures in place to support financial strength and operating efficiency.
• Significant operational and financial turnaround underway.
• Seeking an exceptionally strong COO, ideally a current or former hospital CEO with direct experience navigating difficult turnarounds.
• Must have demonstrated success improving hospital operations, financial performance, physician relationships, accountability, and organizational culture.
• Experience leading complex acute-care operations and multiple facilities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Northeast healthcare market preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Master’s degree in business or a related field
• 10+ years of hospital operations experience at the leadership level
• Seeking an exceptionally strong COO, ideally a current or former hospital CEO with direct experience navigating difficult turnarounds
• Ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external processes.
• Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans supporting operational infrastructure
