Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer for a community hospital. The role focuses on financial accountability, physician alignment, and operational improvements in a 150-bed acute-care setting.

Leadership and change-management expertise are essential, with preference for experience in for-profit hospital environments and labor relations. Relocation incentives supported by the system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of C-level healthcare administration experience.
• Knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA, and state/federal regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and management.
• Ability to analyze situations and implement actions to improve operations.
• Experience in unionized environments and labor relations preferred.

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Chief Executive Officer! Bonus Incentives and Relocation!

• Approximately 150 bed acute-care hospital
• Seeking a proven leader with acute-care hospital leadership, financial accountability, physician alignment, and operational improvement experience
• Experience in for-profit hospitals is strongly preferred
• Looking for an experienced hospital CEO with financial and operational leadership, physician relations, and change-management experience
• Prior experience with unionized environments and labor relations would be beneficial

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration at the C-Level.
• Current knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA, state and federal regulatory standards.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate ideas, problems, instructions with corporate management staff, facility management staff and employees
• Ability to analyze situations, evaluate data, recommend, and implement courses of action that would improve the functioning of the company
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Ability to use sound judgment in decision making and react calmly and effectively in an emergency situation
