As a member of the Hospital’s senior management team, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will participant in operational decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the hospital’s mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare matter that could have an impact on the success of the hospital. Will assist in the administration and coordination of hospital activities of any assigned department and/or section. Assume duties of CEO in his/her absence.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience, and 10 years of progressive experience including 8 years in management/leadership roles.
