Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Chief Operating Officer in Concord, MA to lead day-to-day operations across clinical, admissions, facilities, and support departments. You will own operating budgets, census, length of stay, and financial performance, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

The role calls for a strong, hands-on leader who will partner with the CEO and clinical leadership on growth and new programs, with on-site, full-time expectations at a behavioral health

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior operations leadership in behavioral health, addiction treatment or healthcare.
• Proven P&L and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of licensing, accreditation and payer requirements.
• Bachelor degree required; MBA, MHA or related master degree preferred.
• Strong, hands-on leader who builds accountable teams.
