About ACTIVDATE

ACTIVDATE is building the behavioral infrastructure layer for the physical world: a consent-native platform capturing how humans authentically spend their time, who they spend it with, and what they value. Having completed our first round of App Store testing, we are now iterating toward scale with a talented team of engineers and designers.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional operator to join our leadership team and own the systems that take ACTIVDATE to scale.

What You’ll Own

• Business development and partnership pipeline
• Ambassador program and city launch playbook
• B2B sales process for SMB business accounts
• Operational infrastructure across hiring, finance, and GTM
• Event partnerships and pilot program execution

What We Need

• Direct experience operating a marketplace, platform, or data business
• Have taken a company from early traction to significant scale
• Understand both consumer flywheels and B2B sales cycles
• Comfortable building from early stage with high ownership
• Aligned with consent-native, community-first values

What We Don’t Need

• Someone who needs a playbook handed to them
• A title collector
• Anyone who optimizes for extraction over trust
