• Master’s degree in education, leadership, administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative leadership experience in higher education.
• Experience in strategic planning, fiscal management, budgeting, institutional effectiveness, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for instructional services, workforce development, student affairs, and institutional effectiveness.
• Supervise deans and senior administrators and advise the President on policy and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ACCS policies, accreditation standards, and applicable laws.
• Oversee budgeting, facilities, and administrative processes to optimize efficiency.
