Job summary

Belmont College is seeking a Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs to serve as the chief academic and student services officer. You will oversee academic programs, student services, accreditation, and reporting while coordinating with the President’s Staff.

The role requires doctoral level education, extensive administrative experience, and a proven ability to lead teams and drive enrollment strategies within a higher education setting.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in higher education or comparable terminal degree.
• Full-time teaching experience with preference for technical/community college level.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience as a Dean of Academic Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and oversight for academic programs and student services.
• Lead enrollment management efforts and coordinate with President’s Staff.
• Ensure accreditation standards are met and reporting is completed.
• Develop and implement quality academic programs and assessment models.
• Advise President and Board of Trustees on academic and student affairs matters.
