Job summary

Sentient Foundation is seeking a Community and Ecosystem Leader for open-source AI. You will own community strategy and champion open models by fostering relationships within the ecosystem.

In this senior leadership role, you will support open-source AI grants, recruit ecosystem leaders, and represent Sentient at various events. A strong technical background and existing network in the open-source community are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in developer relations or community roles, ideally in open-source AI/ML.
• Strong technical ability to read and write code.
• Track record of recruiting leaders in open-source environments.
• Public portfolio of developer content such as tutorials or demos.

Responsibilities

• Own community strategy for open-source AI.
• Champion open-source AI through writing and storytelling.
• Lead the developer community across multiple platforms.
• Represent Sentient at hackathons and conferences.
