This executive leads risk management, infection prevention, and high-reliability practices to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care across ANMC and ANTHC affiliations.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Experience leading hospital quality and patient safety functions.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission accreditation requirements and CMS Conditions of Participation.
• Ability to lead performance improvement and risk management initiatives.

Mansioni

• Lead accreditation and regulatory survey readiness across Joint Commission and CMS standards.
• Oversee clinical risk management, RCA, and patient safety programs.
• Direct infection prevention and control programming and outbreak response.
• Align quality initiatives with organizational strategic plans and value improvement.
• Coach senior/mid-level staff and drive continuous improvement.
