Job summary
Formlabs, a leader in additive manufacturing, seeks a Head of Supply Planning to design and lead global supply and demand planning. You will drive end-to-end S&OP, integrate NPI planning, and build a high-performing planning team to scale operations and launches across product lines.
This role partners with executives to shape growth strategy and supply readiness. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in planning with senior management experience, strong analytics, and experience with major ERP/S&OP
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, and/or S&OP
- at least 5 years in senior management overseeing integrated planning functions
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of scalable supply and demand planning strategies
- Oversee the integrated planning function with demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP
- Direct the monthly S&OP process with cross-functional alignment
- Implement advanced planning tools, analytics, and KPIs for end-to-end planning
- Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to optimize performance
- Drive NPI scenario planning and robust supply readiness
