Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks an experienced UX leader to drive end-to-end user experience initiatives for engineers, partners, and customers leveraging Renesas silicon, software, reference designs, and ecosystem partnerships.

The role acts as the operational and strategic extension of the VP of UX, owning the UX Playbook, defining workflows, KPIs, governance, and ensuring scalable, global execution across product groups, sales, and software & digitalization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading projects in the semiconductor industry
• Experience across engineering, product, sales, and software
• Engineering degree or equivalent required
• MBA strongly preferred for senior leadership role

Responsibilities

• Act as operational, strategic, and analytical extension of the VP UX
• Own the UX Playbook and drive continuous improvement of processes and outcomes
• Lead cross-functional orchestration across UX, Product Groups, Sales, and Software
• Produce executive-level material for ELT, Board, and analysts
• Translate data into strategic insight and narratives for decision making
