You will partner with the President to strengthen leadership decision‑making, establish a clear operating rhythm, and drive critical commitments to delivery. This full‑time role requires travel, security clearance readiness, and a track record in operations, strategy, and executive support.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in business operations, strategy, or program leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to coordinate across functions, locations, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Translate President’s priorities into focused calendars, engagements, decisions and follow-up.
• Establish a cadence for leadership meetings, planning, reviews, and events; track ownership and actions.
• Consolidate operating, program, financial, and risk information into decision-ready reports.
