Node & Vector is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder-CEO in New York. You will help structure the leadership team, manage the CEO's priorities and calendar, and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive execution.

In this high-visibility role, you will prepare board and investor materials, track quarterly objectives, and provide an honest read on project status. This is a senior, high-ownership position at a company bridging traditional finance and digital assets.

Aufgaben

• Work side by side with the CEO, managing priorities, the calendar and the flow of requests
• Set the leadership team's operating rhythm: meeting agendas, one-on-ones, decision tracking and follow-through
• Screen inbound partnership, media and networking requests, and take first calls where needed
• Prepare board, investor and planning materials, including quarterly objectives and presentation decks
• Pull together input from across functions so decisions reach the CEO clear and ready to act on
• Run a small number of cross-functional projects, then hand them over to permanent owners
• Give the CEO a direct, honest view when something is off track
