Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or operating roles at a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of moving multiple cross-functional workstreams forward simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Project manage cross-functional product initiatives sourced from the CEO.
• Coordinate the creation and upkeep of sales collateral.
• Identify operational friction slowing reps down and partner to resolve it.
• Manage prep and follow-up for the CEO's external meetings.
