Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This role translates strategy into execution, oversees cross-functional initiatives, and strengthens organizational effectiveness.

As the CEO's extension, you will drive strategic priorities, governance, and CEO-sponsored initiatives across functions, requiring strong leadership, judgment, and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives on enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution.
• Strong analytical and business judgment with data-driven approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships and enterprise execution with the CEO and ELT.
• Define annual priorities and translate them into enterprise objectives and milestones.
• Build and manage the enterprise operating cadence and board materials.
• Coordinate multi-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Shape internal and external communications in alignment with strategy.
