Google LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the VP of gUP and the leadership team. You will connect the dots across the gUP portfolio, lead ad hoc projects, and amplify initiatives while challenging the status quo with senior leaders.

In Go-to-Market Operations, you will help set strategy and ensure flawless execution across Ads, collaborating with cross-functional teams and global partners to drive initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define OKRs and priorities, ensure resources are deployed to the most impactful initiatives; organize executive weekly meetings and offsites.
• Drive internal executive presentations and communications; draft all-hands, communications to the organization, newsletters, etc.
• Manage project priorities and initiatives on behalf of the VP of gUP and Managing Director of gUP strategy and operations.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, Marketing, and Communications to scope, manage and execute strategic projects.
• Partner with other chief of staff on organization-wide alignment projects.
