Google LLC is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the VP of gUP and the leadership team within Go-to-Market Operations. You will connect dots across the gUP portfolio and lead ad hoc projects while advocating for new perspectives and challenging the status quo.

You will drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional partners, manage complex projects, and help translate executive direction into actionable plans and milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Advanced degree (MBA) preferred for broader business insight and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and priorities with leadership; allocate resources to high-impact initiatives; organize executive weekly meetings and offsites.
• Drive internal executive presentations and communications; collaborate with communications teams and draft all-hands, newsletters, and organization-wide briefs.
• Manage project priorities and program efforts on behalf of the VP of gUP and Managing Director of gUP strategy and operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, Marketing, and Communications to scope, manage, and execute strategic projects.
• Partner with other chiefs of staff on organization-wide alignment projects.

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
