Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with team management.
• Ownership of organizational budgets and financial performance.
• Experience leading strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
• Extensive nonprofit finance and compliance knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be willing to align and sign with nonprofit statement of faith.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to set organizational vision and execution plans.
• Directly supervise leaders to align goals and resources with objectives.
• Integrate planning across departments to improve coordination and resolve priorities.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to drive decisions and owners for next steps.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
• Maintain org accountability charts and planning processes.
• Oversee budget processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Lead annual audit preparations with internal teams and external auditors.
• Oversee HR, IT, admin, and vendor relationships and policies.
