This role demands ambiguity tolerance, high standards, and the ability to move from board-level strategy to execution detail. Equity and total cash are part of the compensation, with strong growth potential as Nirvana expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in high-ownership roles.
• Previous founding experience strongly preferred.
• Strategic and analytical thinker.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive clarity around critical decisions, separate signal from noise and follow-through until they become outcomes
• Own high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives that don’t have a natural home yet
• Scale our operating rhythms with a high bar for impact - business reviews, off-sites, planning and more
• Proactively identify and solve bottlenecks across the company
• Run board and investor prep, and help shape how we tell our story externally
