Job summary

Glocomms is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO as a strategic and operational leader in San Francisco. This highly visible role spans company strategy, operations, recruiting, customer engagement, finance, and special projects, with direct impact on prioritized objectives as the business scales.

You'll work onsite five days per week in San Francisco, translating complex technical concepts for customers, investors, and partners while driving cross-functional execution and process

Qualifications

• Experience in Chief of Staff, Founder Associate, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven success operating in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong execution, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience working closely with founders or executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and sound business judgment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and driving outcomes independently.
• High agency, strong attention to detail, and technical curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and company priorities
• Own high-impact, cross-functional projects from idea through execution
• Support key customer relationships, recruiting efforts, and executive communications
• Oversee operational needs including vendors, contracts, legal coordination, and special projects
• Identify bottlenecks, build processes, and solve business-critical problems as the company scales
• Translate technical concepts into clear communication for customers, investors, candidates, and partners
