Job summary

Giga AI INC is hiring a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO in San Francisco. You will design and operate the CEO’s workflow, coordinate strategy, and manage high-stakes initiatives across Eng, GTM and Ops to move the company forward.

In this high-intensity role, you’ll drive leadership rhythms, board communications, and performance dashboards, while aligning leadership priorities and ensuring crisp decision-making and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a CEO or executive team.
• Strong planning and execution skills with a bias for action.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's calendar, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and exec-level communications.
• Drive quarterly planning cycles, OKRs, and business reviews.
• Build the operating dashboard and monitor key metrics weekly.
