• Partner on culture initiatives across the team and leadership.
• Drive outcomes and provide visibility on status and progress of key initiatives.
• Curate metrics narratives and integrate data insights into reviews.

• Develop communications strategies for org-wide meetings and reports.
• Collaborate to align OKRs and manage cross-team reporting.
• Oversee local initiatives, headcount planning, and budgeting with finance.
