Nabis is hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as a true execution partner to the President and CEO during rapid growth. This role acts as the central execution engine across Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, People, Product, Marketplace, and Infrastructure to ensure priorities are defined, initiatives are managed, and leadership delivers against commitments.

Qualifikationen

• 6–12+ years in roles such as Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Program Management
• Experience in high-growth startups or finance/investment with operational exposure
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional priorities to completion in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong financial and P&L literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready updates and materials

• Serve as the President's right-hand operator translating priorities into clear plans
• Drive alignment across business lines and leaders, resolving blockers
• Elevate meetings with tight agendas and accountable action items
• Build and refine operating cadence to reduce chaos and increase leverage
• Track progress, surface risks, and unblock execution
