Job summary

Startup Resources in San Francisco is seeking a Chief of Staff to sit beside the founders and own the week\'s top priorities. You\'ll drive cross-functional initiatives across hiring, customer delivery, go-to-market, and internal operations, and build the company\'s operating cadence with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

Onsite five days a week near Caltrain. You\'ll act as an extension of the founders on high-impact work and use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing the team

Qualifications

• 1 to 7 years in an operating role (Strategy & Ops, BizOps or Chief of Staff) at a high growth tech company.
• Or a background at MBB, a top investment bank, or a PE/VC firm.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and operational detail in the same day.
• Someone who stays accountable until the problem is actually solved.

A 10 person AI startup in San Francisco, founded in 2025, $8M raised, with founders and engineers from DeepMind, SAP, Meta AI and Amazon AGI Labs. They’re building AI agents that run inside SAP and NetSuite, the back office systems every large company depends on and nobody enjoys.

They need a Chief of Staff to sit next to the founders and own whatever matters most that week. Hiring, go to market, customer delivery, operations. Problems usually reserved for people with twice your experience.

Onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco.

What you’ll do
