Job summary

Veris Technologies Inc in New York, NY is seeking a Chief of Staff to be the right hand to the founders and a force multiplier across the company. You’ll help run the business, shape our narrative, and keep the trains running while we build the simulation platform powering the next generation of autonomous AI agents.

You'll work across product, GTM, operations, and fundraising, jump between strategic projects and execution, own the NYC office, lead cross-functional programs, and help design

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced environments (early-stage startups, consulting, banking, operations, product, or similar).
• Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leadership on strategic and operational problems.
• High ownership and bias to action: you see problems, define them, and drive them to done without waiting for instructions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and context-switching: you can move from a strategic discussion with investors to fixing an operational issue in the same afternoon.
• Strong organizational skills: you enjoy building systems and processes that help others do their best work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier for the founders; prioritize and drive key initiatives across product, GTM, hiring, and fundraising.
• Represent Veris externally at meetings, events, conferences, and community gatherings, and help craft external narratives.
• Run the NYC office: space, supplies, access, events, and making it a place people love to work.
• Drive cross-functional projects: define goals, timelines, owners, and checkpoints; manage ambiguity and blockers.
• Build Veris' operating system: weekly exec meetings, all-hands, OKRs, and scalable processes.
