Arca, a NYC-based wealth management firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as the company’s force multiplier, owning cross-functional priorities and building systems that help scale the business. You’ll run day-to-day operations, align initiatives with strategic goals, and explore new growth opportunities to keep the company moving forward.

You’ll work to ensure the small team can operate like a larger organization, focusing on judgment, relationships, and the human side of finance.

• The things that don't have an owner yet. You bring vague questions toward a tangible function or system that runs without you, enabling growth channels and new verticals.
• Finding leverage across the company by making processes faster and teaching others to do them, so the team can operate at scale.
