Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in high-growth startup operations, People Operations / HR strategy, management consulting, or a Chief of Staff role.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight deliverables.
• Deep familiarity with modern operational tooling (e.g., Notion, Slack, CRM architectures, and advanced spreadsheet modeling).
• Experience or deep familiarity with the Stanford, Silicon Valley, or broader venture capital ecosystem is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence & Project Management (Make the Ship Run Well)
• Drive the OKR Process: Own the end-to-end quarterly and annual Goal Setting (OKR) cycles.
• Manage to Deliverables: Keep the internal leadership and program teams accountable to deadlines and maintain dashboards.
• Meeting & Workflow Architecture: Structure internal team meetings, operational syncs, and retrospectives.
• Talent Strategy & Development (Incentive Design)
• Incentive & Performance Design: Design, implement, and iterate on internal incentive programs and talent development frameworks.
• Team & Resource Assignment: Continuously evaluate team bandwidth, skill sets, and project loads.
• Culture & Retention: Develop initiatives that foster learning, clarity, and retention.
• Recruiting Funnels & Pipeline Management
• Sourcing & Selection Systems: Design structured interview loops and assessments.
