Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of professional experience, including leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience building and running management operating rhythms (leadership meetings, KPI scorecards).
• Exceptional structured written communication for memos, briefs, and reports.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Strong analytical fluency and decision-support capabilities.
• Impeccable discretion and trustworthiness with confidential matters.
• Relentless follow-through with tracked commitments.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly leadership meeting with scorecard integrity and documented outcomes.
• Produce briefing packets for board and partner meetings.
• Draft, route, and quality-control decision memos with options and deadlines.
• Enforce escalation thresholds and proper send-back routing.
• Stand up and run the monthly all-managers forum and quarterly skip-level program.
• Oversee weekly metrics review with standardized charts.
• Broker cross-functional alignment and ensure commitments closure.
• Support CEO prep for quarterly board meetings.
• Direct the CEO-office executive assistant capacity.
