Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. is seeking a Chief of Staff for North America to work with the leadership team as we scale. The role reports to Chris Berry, Managing Director, North America, and offers a hybrid location in Los Angeles or Chicago with equity participation.

You’ll own the operating cadence, drive cross-functional projects, and turn rapid growth into better systems and sharper decisions. A background in consulting, investing, or high-growth roles is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, investing, high-growth startups, strategy, operations, revenue, marketplaces, or another demanding generalist environment.
• Ability to move quickly, create clarity from ambiguity, and drive execution across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with North American leadership to refine strategy and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Growth, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
• Build operating cadence, dashboards, and decision-making systems for scale.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with owners and outcomes.
• Support new market launches and commercial rollout plans.
