Vapi is scaling rapidly and seeks a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier across the company. You will work directly with the CEO, own ambiguous problems, and build the teams and processes needed to execute high-impact initiatives.

The right candidate thrives in early-stage environments, is exceptionally organized, and can switch between strategic and operational priorities while maintaining a high level of integrity and urgency.

Qualifications

• Strong business generalist with technical bent and product sense.
• Experience operating with high ownership in fast-moving environments.
• Able to communicate crisply with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• 30 Day: embed with CEO, map current operations, own leadership cadence.
• 60 Day: own cross-functional problems, clarify priorities, drive measurable outcomes.
• 90 Day: act as extension of CEO, lead planning, board prep, and key hiring loops.
