This Chief of Staff-level mandate focuses on running the executive operating rhythm, improving performance visibility, and owning reporting, meeting prep, and priority management with limited formal authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in Chief of Staff or executive operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the weekly leadership operating rhythm with agendas, records, owners, deadlines and escalation paths.
