Qualifications

• Translate CEO and Board-level strategy into executable plans.
• Own enterprise-level priorities, OKRs, operating rhythms and performance tracking.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and business impact.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps; proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO and Board-level strategy into executable plans across business units.
• Own enterprise-level priorities, OKRs, operating rhythms, and performance tracking.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and business impact.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps; proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic, financial, and organizational decisions.
• Prepare CEO for Board meetings, investor discussions, regulatory reviews, and key external engagements.
• Synthesize complex information into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Represent the CEO internally and externally when delegated.
• Design and lead executive operating models, decision forums, and leadership cadences.
• Ensure accountability across leadership teams through disciplined follow-up and execution.
• Align organizational structure, incentives, and processes with strategic objectives.
