Unit4 is seeking a strategic and hands-on executive-support leader to partner with the EVP Engineering and leadership team. You will translate strategy into measurable outcomes, establish ownership, and drive critical cross-functional initiatives.

The role focuses on improving decision-making through enhanced reporting and KPI oversight. You will own the operating rhythm, lead leadership meetings, and drive cross-country collaboration to deliver results.

• Proven track record in complex delivery across teams and countries.
• Practical understanding of software engineering environments.
• Experience with data, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
