Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & Architecture Strategy & Planning in Houston. You will translate enterprise data and architecture strategy into integrated, multi-year plans, budgets and governance.

The role requires leading portfolio planning, prioritization and executive communication across a global organization. Share your deep expertise in data, AI, ERP/SAP and transformation to drive measurable outcomes and alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data or related field.
• 12+ years in technology or corporate strategy, enterprise planning or data/AI.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable plans and governance.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic fluency in data, AI, ERP/SAP and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate ED&A strategy into integrated multi-year plans and budgets.
• Lead ED&A planning and governance with cross-functional leaders.
• Develop scenarios, align investments, and maintain executive transparency.
• Coordinate portfolio sequencing and capacity planning across functions.
• Provide decision-ready analyses for leadership on priorities and trade-offs.
• Represent CDAO in enterprise strategy, planning and investment forums.
