Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Strong Chief of Staff – Clinical to align clinical and operational teams and drive strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, you will shape planning, governance, and execution across TAG Dental's initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional projects, prepare executive materials, and influence outcomes through data-driven analysis and stakeholder management, with onsite Chicago work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in strategy/management consulting.
• 5–10 years in strategic planning at product, customer experience and technology intersections.
• Experience leading cross-functional, high-visibility projects.
• Strong critical thinking, listening, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven influence and collaboration across functions.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic planning across TAG Dental with goals and metrics.
• Diagnose performance, prioritize actions and track results.
• Manage cross-functional projects from ideation to evaluation.
• Prepare materials for Executive Team or Board on performance.
• Represent the CCO in meetings and external communications.
• Support talent identification, job descriptions, and interview processes.
