Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a Chief of Staff – Clinical to drive strategy, prioritization, alignment, and planning for TAG Dental initiatives. The role reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and partners with clinical and operational leaders to advance performance, resources, and technology investments across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage cross-functional projects, prepare executive materials, and act as a proxy for the CCO when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in strategy/management consulting.
• 5–10 years in strategic planning at product, customer experience and technology intersections.
• Experience leading highly visible cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic planning across TAG Dental initiatives.
• Define goals, metrics, and investments with senior leaders.
• Manage projects and coordinate resources with executive sponsors.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Team or Board.
• Influence strategy and direction between clinical and operational teams.
