Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President of AI Infrastructure. You will partner closely with the President to define and execute strategic priorities across Data Center Development, Construction, Operations, and Capacity Planning, driving planning, forecasting, and cross‑functional execution.

In this high‑impact role you will prepare executive materials, lead board‑ready updates, monitor key metrics, and advise on site selection, power procurement, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business ops, consulting, or infra development.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in senior roles such as Chief of Staff or Business Operations.
• Strong understanding of large-scale compute infrastructure planning, financing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President to define and execute AI infra strategies.
• Drive capacity planning, site pipeline strategy, roadmaps, and scaling initiatives.
• Develop executive presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor business metrics to improve delivery speed, utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Advise on site selection, power procurement, hardware roadmap, and vendor partnerships.
