Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive major priorities across its portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on operating role for someone who can move across functions, solve difficult problems and push important work from decision through execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance, and translate findings into action, working with product, technology, finance, people and operations to advance strategic programs and improve overall execution.

• Experience in a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Track record owning complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Analytical and commercial judgement; can work with data and financials.
• Ability to learn new businesses quickly and dive into detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; structured thinking.

• Track priorities, decisions and performance across businesses with clear ownership.
• Lead projects involving new businesses, market expansion, organizational changes or other Group priorities.
• Analyze business performance, markets and opportunities and turn findings into actions.
• Work across product, technology, finance, people and operations depending on the problem.
• Step into areas where ownership is unclear or additional execution is needed.

Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.

Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.

What you will need

• Strong experience in a technology company, high-growth startup, strategy/operations role, top-tier consulting firm or your own startup.
• Track record owning complex projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to work through data, financials and business problems.
• Able to learn unfamiliar businesses and functions quickly and get into the details.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, structured thinking.
• Hands-on operating style - able to do the analysis, build the plan and drive the execution personally.
