Job description

Our client is a rapidly growing technology organization operating in a highly innovative and entrepreneurial environment. The company is looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team and help drive key business initiatives.

This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, and employees are expected to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute beyond their defined responsibilities. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, take on increasingly complex initiatives, and grow with the organization.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, adaptable, and high-caliber Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner and right hand to the CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate can see the big picture while staying close to the details; someone who can think strategically, solve problems, and turn ideas into action.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to become deeply integrated into the business and take on broader operational responsibilities. In addition to managing priorities, logistics, scheduling, meetings, and follow-through, the role will involve special projects, analytical work, problem-solving, and cross-functional initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is hungry, dynamic, organized, open-minded, and eager to grow, with the judgment and initiative to take ownership, create structure, and drive important work forward. Most importantly, this person must be someone leadership can trust to step in, take things off their plate, and help move the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping manage priorities, communication, and follow-through.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic priorities, special projects, and critical business initiatives.
  • Translate leadership objectives into clear action plans, timelines, and measurable deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
  • Rally teams and stakeholders around deadlines, deliverables, and organizational priorities.
  • Identify blockers, solve problems, and keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefings, proposals, and other materials to support leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct research and analysis and provide leadership with visibility into key business priorities and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Help establish structure, processes, and operating rhythms across the organization.
  • Take ownership of special projects and emerging business needs.
  • Handle sensitive information and executive communications with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Be willing to jump in, “block and tackle,” and take on whatever needs to be addressed.
  • Coordinate activities across teams and time zones while maintaining visibility into deadlines and deliverables.
Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, executive leadership support, or a similarly high-impact role.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable navigating changing priorities and making sound decisions with limited information.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Experience in a technology, startup, or rapidly scaling environment is strongly preferred.
