Job summary

Meet Life Sciences in New York is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the co-founders, helping drive strategic initiatives and build the operational foundations that will support the company’s next growth stage.

You will coordinate cross-functional programs, manage multiple workstreams, help with planning and budgeting, and implement scalable processes that improve execution and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the founders to drive strategic priorities and ensure key initiatives are delivered.

• Coordinate high-priority projects, bringing together stakeholders and keeping workstreams moving forward.
• Support planning, reporting, budgeting, and operational decision-making alongside the leadership team.
• Help create scalable internal systems that improve communication, accountability, and execution.

As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the co-founders, helping drive strategic initiatives and build the operational foundations that will support the company's next stage of growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with the founders to help drive strategic priorities and ensure key initiatives are delivered.
• Work across multiple functions, supporting projects spanning operations, finance, people, hiring, and wider business initiatives.
• Build and improve internal processes that help the business operate more effectively as it continues to grow.
• Coordinate high-priority projects, bringing together stakeholders from across the company and keeping workstreams moving forward.
• Support planning, reporting, budgeting, and operational decision-making alongside the leadership team.
• Help create scalable internal systems that improve communication, accountability, and execution across the organisation.
• Identify operational challenges before they become problems and implement practical solutions.

What They're Looking For:

• 3-8 years of experience in a highly analytical or operational environment, such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy & Operations, People Operations, Finance, or a high-growth technology company.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams while balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership in fast-moving environments.
