Job summary

Hill Research is building the AI infrastructure layer for clinical trial biometrics. The Chief of Staff will partner with the CEO and leadership to shape strategy, drive execution, and scale the company.

You’ll coordinate across AI product, pharma partnerships, operations, and fundraising, while preparing stakeholder communications and recruiting top talent to support rapid growth in healthcare and AI domains.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping company strategy and scale.
• Ability to work with CEO and leadership across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive contexts.
• Experience in startups, VC, biotech, or pharma a plus.

Hill Research is building the AI infrastructure layer for clinical trial biometrics.

Our platform, TriClick™, uses agentic AI to automate statistical programming, CDISC workflows, TFL generation, and regulatory submission processes for pharmaceutical companies. We work with top pharma sponsors and are redefining how clinical trials move from locked database to FDA submission.

We are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team across strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and execution.

This is not a “coordination” role. This is an operator role for someone who wants to help build a category-defining AI company.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• Extremely organized and execution-oriented
• Strong communicator with executive presence
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
• Interested in AI, healthcare, biotech, or venture-backed startups
• Able to switch between strategy and hands-on execution quickly
• Prior experience in consulting, startups, VC, biotech, healthcare, or AI is a plus
