Nourish is building a new growth function focused on helping more patients engage with and return to care. You’ll own high-priority retention problems from 0→1, sizing opportunities, developing strategies, and driving solutions that measurably improve conversion, retention, and reactivation.
This strategic, analytical role sits at the intersection of strategy & operations, data, product, and lifecycle marketing.
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.
Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
We're building a new growth function at Nourish focused on one of the biggest opportunities in our business: helping more patients successfully engage with and return to care.
As an early member of the team, you'll own some of our highest-priority patient retention problems from 0→1 — identifying where patients are falling out of care, sizing the biggest opportunities, developing the strategy to address them, and driving solutions that measurably improve conversion, retention, and reactivation.
This is a strategic, analytical role at the intersection of strategy & operations, data, product, and lifecycle marketing. You'll start with ambiguous business problems, use data and patient insights to determine where we should focus, and then work cross-functionally to turn those opportunities into outcomes.
This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature program and optimize campaigns. You'll help determine what we should build, why it matters, and how we'll know it's working — and then own the work through execution, experimentation, and cross-functional influence.
You'll report to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing . This is a full-time role, with a preference for candidates based in NYC or SF (expectation of working from our office 3–4 days per week).
