  • Proxy & Representation: Represent the President in meetings when needed, draft and respond to emails, and manage communications on their behalf.
  • Confidential Communication: Handle highly sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Oversee scheduling, travel, calendar coordination, and meeting setup (including technology and logistics).
  • Execution & Accountability: Track strategic initiatives and ensure follow‑through on deliverables and commitments.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, edit, and present at an executive level.
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential matters with discretion and build trust quickly.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
