Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional-level experience in business or financial operations in a large district or payroll environment.
• Experience with payroll taxes, W-2/W-2C, and retirement reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Payroll Operations and Benefits Administration through managers.
• Translate executive priorities into annual operating plans and monitor performance.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing for thousands of employees.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and external partners to ensure timely pay and benefits.
