Job summary

University of Maryland St Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD, part of the University of Maryland Medical System, seeks a Chief of OB/GYN to lead a growing practice.

The role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative, joining a group of three OB-GYN physicians. You will work in inpatient and outpatient settings, coordinate L&D and continuity of care, and collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives using EPIC EMR with Stork.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Maryland medical license.
• BE/BC in OB/GYN with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and admin responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership as Chief of OB/GYN for a growing practice.
• Oversee obstetric and gynecologic care, L&D and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives and hospital teams.

University of Maryland St Joseph Medical Center (UMSJMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System is seeking a Chief of OB/GYN to join our growing practice in Towson, Maryland.

Job Specifics

• Position will be 80% clinical/ 20% admin
• Position will join a group of 3 OB-GYN physicians
• Hospital performs on average 2,200 deliveries per year
• L & D and continuity of care office coverage
• Inpatient & Outpatient settings
• Work collaboratively with Certified Nurse Midwives

Unit Specifics

• 9 LDR’s
• 2 OR’s
• 5 Triage beds
• 20 beds in Level III NICU
• 30 beds on the floor used for postpartum, antepartum, and GYN patients
• EPIC EMR with Stork

Compensation
