Unified Women\'s Healthcare, Capital Women\'s Care Division 32 in Fulton, Maryland, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join a practice with 3 gynecologists, 5 OB/GYN physicians and 3 NPs. The role features a 1:5 call schedule with a post-call day off, patient census 20–25 per day, and access to a Level 3 NICU, robotic surgery, in-office imaging, and a supportive team.

Compensation includes salary plus productivity bonus minimum $300K, relocation allowance, 5 weeks PTO, CME allowance, malpractice
