Families First Pediatrics & Wee Care Pediatrics is seeking a Director of Oral Health Operations to lead dental, orthodontic, and hygiene services across multiple clinics with regular travel. This senior role drives efficient operations, improves access, and supports high-performing teams.

You will partner with the VP of Operations and clinicians to set standards, optimize schedules, and monitor KPIs such as chair utilization and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in dental ops.
• 7+ years in dental/orthodontic ops leadership.
• Experience managing budgets and multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of Utah dental practice requirements.
• Willingness to travel between clinics.

Responsabilités
