Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Stord, seeks a Head of Customer Experience to own the end-to-end customer journey for a global enterprise portfolio. You will bridge strategy and execution, leading Directors and Managers to drive 100% retention and stronger P&L performance.

You will align with Product, Operations, and Marketing to convert customer feedback into product roadmaps, upsell opportunities, and enterprise-wide improvements. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Customer Experience/Account Leadership in a high-growth environment.
• 5+ years in a Manager of Managers capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CX roadmap and onboarding-to-advocacy lifecycle.
• Engage with executive accounts and partner with the VP of CX on escalations.
